Patient Participation Group

we are looking to regenerate our patient Participation group (PPG)

PPG's are a group of patients from the surgery who want to work with us to help us provide the best level of service that we can. As a patient of the practice your views and expertise matter. you may also be able to provide feedback from other patients.

PPG's are NOT a complaints forum.

PPG's can meet face to face, online or a combination of both. usually there would be 4 meetings per year. If you care interested infinding out more, please call into the surgery and complete the PPG form in reception. We would like to attract a broad range of age and background.
